Product Information & Specifications
Customers are required to provide a complete and accurate description of the product(s) they require, including size, grade, material, standards, and any special requirements.Orders will be processed strictly based on the specifications provided. The company shall not be held liable for errors or delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are valid for 7days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.Prices are exclusive of VAT, duties, shipping, and handling charges unless specifically mentioned.
Orders & Confirmation
All orders must be confirmed in writing (email, purchase order, or official confirmation).Once accepted, orders cannot be canceled or modified without prior written approval and may be subject to additional charges.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only. While every effort will be made to meet agreed timelines, the company shall not be liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or third parties.Risk of goods passes to the customer upon delivery or handover to the carrier.
Payment Terms
Payment terms shall be as stated in the quotation or invoice.Late payments may incur interest charges and/or suspension of further deliveries until outstanding balances are cleared.
Quality & Warranty
The company guarantees that supplied products will conform to the agreed specifications at the time of delivery.No warranty is given for fitness of products for a specific purpose unless expressly agreed in writing.
Claims & Returns
Any claims regarding shortages, defects, or damages must be reported in writing within 3-4 days of delivery.Returns are accepted only with prior written approval and must be in original condition.
Limitation of Liability
The company’s liability is limited to the replacement of defective goods or refund of the purchase price, at the company’s discretion.The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
Force Majeure
The company shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, transport delays, or government restrictions).
Jurisdiction
All sales are subject to the laws of Dubai.
